January is going to end in a couple of hours

There’s something that I need to focus my attention on
i am apparently being recklessly ignorant

my new year resolution just simply, works
it makes me living this first month of 2010 a fulfilling one.

yesterday out with family at Sutera Mall
the chinese new year atmosphere was awesome
crowded with new year enthusiasts, drumers and music, bad traffic too
decided to do away with spectacles
due to vainity
first experience on wearing contacts
- bad.
probably need to have more guts
adjustment needed.

chinese new year is around the corner
- something to look forward to every year
i gonna have a booms one. :)

Feeling is something decietful

A sudden change of plan this morning
ended up wanted to “study” in town
and so called in searching of inspiration
so met up with Grace at Orchard and headed to Coffee Bean.

Still we just do not care

Studying wasnt as productive
but nevermind (at least a little was done).
The twinny G (Gabe and Gillian) came by during mid afternoon

Sunday was a great one spent fulfillingly with family and grace.
was in Bugis for some new year buys.
dined at Hong Kong Cafe(s) and got cam-whored again.

These few days have not been productive,

january’s coming to an end

New blog layout, its fresh. =)

It has been few months since the launch of the event, SIM GE Casting Call 2010 – The Marketing Campaign of SIM GE in 2010. I remembered I got nominated by Mak Mak, and then went thru the voting system etc, ended up to be one of the online winners. Then the school even got me to an interview with Funkygrad.com, and all the photoshoots and so on, really allowed me to experience something beyond the classrooms. Time really flies and The Revelation on the 19 Jan 2010 actually exhibits all the finished work in the SIM HQ Atrium. Out of expectation, the stage along the Koi Pond house the big big banner and one of them is me! Seriously, the photo to me is a nightmare. Haha! And I got to know that the photo has been published in the Malaysian FSI Magazine too.

The special launch during the evening was a great one. Got to know that my tagline is “I M DRIVEN”. HAHA! Yeah, Driven is a good word! Okay, we had some games, networking session and food! Haha! And thanks Stefen for the photos taken.

After networking and chatting with the staffs of SIM, got to know that my photo will be out in the scholarship panel and during the Career Fair at Suntec this coming March. WOW! Hopefully my face won scare people away. Afterall, its the fun and experience that I got, and being able to represent SIM as a student ambassador. Thanks SIM for giving me the opportunity.

Having said about that, I actually went for a jog just now. Its like donno when I last jogged. But anyway, when i jog, I use to think alot, recalling mostly the good memories, and learning alot and seeing thru alot of values in life. Just know that, we should always see things in different perspectives. Only then, you will realised the main purpose of everything. I am trying to do that.

Life’s so far so good except kinda slack these few days, probably due to my New Year Resolutions. However, its a change for the better after-all. Weekends back in Malaysia was a fulfilling one. Knowing Mummy is getting better and perfectly fine now, felt less worried at least. I will be a good son, I promised. Intended to do some revision on my piles of undone work during the weekends, which I really have the intention to do so (as I brought my QF Stuffs back to Malaysia – made my bag heavy!), ended up nothing was done. Strictly speaking, just a small part of the introduction of the chapter was done. Simply because went out with Mummy to buy new year decorations for the house, and back home decorating together with brother. LOL. He did all the wiring stuffs (which I am so proud of him), and its a perfect masterpiece to welcome the Chinese New Year 2010! Felt so contented with the design as I am always the so called “Creative Director”. Okay, stop bullshitting. Anyway, conclusion is that a fulfilling weekend with my family but no serious work done.

That Monday, went over to Bugis as I wanna get some berms from Bugis Street and get some shirts from town for brother. Also gotten myself undergarments from Taka! LOL! And its with Grace! HAHA! Anyway, thats not the point, it was my first time to the National Library at Bugis to mug! Met up with Grace at Bugis station (which apparently I were the one on time), and we had our breakkie at Ya Kun Kaya Toast! Filled our stomach, went over to that Popular Bookstore beside the National Library to got my big big red Billabong pencil case changed. Then Grace had her photo printed. Which I found out that they provide service for passport size photo touch up service. I needa formal shoot for the upcoming Jobfair networking session. Gonna get it done real soon. Mugging session at the National Library was a great one. I totally love the city view from above. Its the idea place for mugging seriously (but its so hell far from my house which makes it impossibly for me to travel down everyday). At least I have done a chapter of QF on that day before saying bye bye to the magnificent building. We headed down to McD for lunch. Cheap to the max as its the McD Lunch offer. LOL. Then went to Bugis Street, headed to Somerset 313 and walk to Taka. Waited for XueYan (Kim Ling) for her to meet up with Grace (the so called Sam Hao). While waiting, saw Joreen and Emily and we had a short chat before saying bye bye.
