With a round of interview, and a psychometric assessment, i managed to clinch the job with Macquarie Private Wealth Asia. I would have counted myself lucky by having friend referal into this company. I mean, its my first ever proper job after i bid farewell to my university life. On one side, i feel that i am so old now and on the other side, i know there are many challenges ahead for me to tackle and experience – a new chapter is about to unveil and i would say that its the beginning of life actually.

So i am going to do my very best in this very first job as opportunity is difficult and rare to come by. Now settling with employment pass, and i presumed i have to run to ICA for a few times. Awww. Was told that the contract is ready to be signed next week. Looking forward to it. Haha, hope that the whole process will be a smooth one. As what Grace told me about the working adult transition depression, i hope i will not have that, some will be alryte, but not to the extreme. Believe, and will do well! Jia you!

So before stepping into a working adult journey, its time to meet up with some friends and play till mad. Yesterday, met up with Zyue Xhien, Freddie, Meng Terng and Sheue Reen. Was a tiring meet up, and was due to excessive laughter. Ha ha ha ha! It was the funniest people around the world that can make us laugh the whole day. Especially that zyue xhien, laughed so loud! Its really happy to have them around. Really donno why. Think we are the jokers! Had bak kut teh for lunch with Zx and Freddie, then went for pool session – the usual. Thats when the whole joke started with stupid facial expressions of mine. It feels that we are back to our secondary school days. Meng Terng managed to meet us up when he returned from KL. Had dinner together, along with ZX mum being the host once again. Thanks Auntie! And we had a great chat and laugh at ZX house after that. Homed only at 2 am. But it was definitely worthwhile! Gonna meet up real soon again! Ha ha! I still cannot forget the “espresso shot”. HAHAHAHA to the max! anyway, time really flies, and speaking of which, we are friends for about 10 years and still going strong. And its always good to hear everyone doing well, heading for each individuals’ goals!

Today, met up with Grace in town after submitting my employment pass application forms to Macquarie. We caught “TOY STORY 3”. The movie is awesomely good and touching! Nearly tear-ed during the ending of the movie, when the toys parted with their owner, Andy. So sad you know. Toy Story, really an old school movie! Thumbs up!

And so, gonna meet up with two sexies for a simple lunch tomoro! :)

Yesterday, I took another day off
omg, bad :(
but anyway, it was a planned lunch meet up with Zyue Xhien, Joy and Felix
we settled ourselves down at LENAS, Bugis
oh gosh, ah yes, haven meet them for ages!
especially Joy
we had a great catch up with each others’ life
of course, its really great to know that all of us are doing well
we chatted for hours till about 6 pm
-but it isnt enough, ha ha!

still, we had a photo taken!

and as we continue to realise our own goals
i see there are more opportunities coming along our ways
and its somehow exciting to ponder
-on whats for us in the near future
ha ha!

These few days were as good i presumed
at least i don feel much of dejection that i used to have previously

as for today, it was spent fulfillingly
with motivation being rejunevated
and purpose being revived
which having a purpose and the motivation to do so is good

progression was great, with the changi ambience
accompanied by tcc’s peppermint tea and all time fav tiramisu (which is long for since?)
lunch at xin wang then, and with coffee bean for tea
oh my god, all subjects this year are meant for genius
can someone out there supply me with divine ability so that i can deal with them
thinking of how much time is left for me scares me off
- and apparently i have been running away from the fact

got to know a senior of mine during secondary school passed away
due to a bike accident, his name is Muhd Salleh
- and this has been the second one from our school unfortunately
the feeling is not a good one
although we are not so close
but when i scanned thru his photos in facebook, a strong and healthy individual
has just disappear from this world, just like that with a finger snap
of couse its not easy to accept such a fact
rest in peace friend, the world misses you

- it brought us a message, always treasure those around you
persistant is good when the subject is good
but persist on something that does not even worth at the end of the day, you will regret
because we never got to know when is the last breathe of ours
and i got to learn to do away with those emo-ness
and really live everyday with contentment
despite the cruel fact that its never easy to accomplish

but at least we try to learn and willing to change for the better
and yes, for the better in all of us. :)

New blog layout, its fresh. =)

Life’s so far so good except kinda slack these few days, probably due to my New Year Resolutions. However, its a change for the better after-all. Weekends back in Malaysia was a fulfilling one. Knowing Mummy is getting better and perfectly fine now, felt less worried at least. I will be a good son, I promised. Intended to do some revision on my piles of undone work during the weekends, which I really have the intention to do so (as I brought my QF Stuffs back to Malaysia – made my bag heavy!), ended up nothing was done. Strictly speaking, just a small part of the introduction of the chapter was done. Simply because went out with Mummy to buy new year decorations for the house, and back home decorating together with brother. LOL. He did all the wiring stuffs (which I am so proud of him), and its a perfect masterpiece to welcome the Chinese New Year 2010! Felt so contented with the design as I am always the so called “Creative Director”. Okay, stop bullshitting. Anyway, conclusion is that a fulfilling weekend with my family but no serious work done.

That Monday, went over to Bugis as I wanna get some berms from Bugis Street and get some shirts from town for brother. Also gotten myself undergarments from Taka! LOL! And its with Grace! HAHA! Anyway, thats not the point, it was my first time to the National Library at Bugis to mug! Met up with Grace at Bugis station (which apparently I were the one on time), and we had our breakkie at Ya Kun Kaya Toast! Filled our stomach, went over to that Popular Bookstore beside the National Library to got my big big red Billabong pencil case changed. Then Grace had her photo printed. Which I found out that they provide service for passport size photo touch up service. I needa formal shoot for the upcoming Jobfair networking session. Gonna get it done real soon. Mugging session at the National Library was a great one. I totally love the city view from above. Its the idea place for mugging seriously (but its so hell far from my house which makes it impossibly for me to travel down everyday). At least I have done a chapter of QF on that day before saying bye bye to the magnificent building. We headed down to McD for lunch. Cheap to the max as its the McD Lunch offer. LOL. Then went to Bugis Street, headed to Somerset 313 and walk to Taka. Waited for XueYan (Kim Ling) for her to meet up with Grace (the so called Sam Hao). While waiting, saw Joreen and Emily and we had a short chat before saying bye bye.

Just a few days ago, on 19 Dec 2009, we had our long planned mini ARS Christmas Gathering Party on the roll. Haha. It was a free and easy gathering, with the current batch of ARS and the previous batch. Staffs were there too, like Evelyn and Rosalind. We (Sean, Mel, Jon and me) reached Ulu Pandan Campus at around 5 plus in the evening to get things done. Put on the decorations that we bought and arranged everything getting ready for people to come in. The food came in time and somehow like too much for us. Haha. So, we started to have our dinner, socialising with people, from previous batch like Aaron and Alvin, and of course to catch up with each others life.

We got each others a Christmas Hat which is cool to wear on. And after which, we had a small games, entertaining ourselves. The day ended tired, but a fulfilling one. Lets see the picture galore.

We had a great time together. Most memorable was still the part when we (Sean, Mel, Jonathan and me) working together. Meeting up at town to find stuffs for the decorations, and the huge efforts from them that makes this possible. After working together, we felt much bonded, and of course we know each others better in that sense that we worked as a team. =) I had a great experience working with them. Hope that there are more opportunities in the future, which I guess, will be alot of it.

Last of all, wishing everyone a Merry Christmas 2009 and a Happy New Year 2009. Have a booms one! =)

Estee’s 21st Birthday was a great one. Time seriously flies, and its already the time for Estee to be officially 21 years old. Although she doesnt look like one, but we have knew each others for almost 10 years and growing strong. I would say its a great deal of honour for knowing her as a friend, and all the memories that we shared together. Even though we parted to different life journey, frequent meet ups have been keeping our bonds strong. That evening, headed to school and back home get changed, train-ed down to Somerset station. Her party was held at Somerset Orchard Serviced Residences. Its in front of the newly opened Somerset 313 shopping complex. The ambience was good, greeted by Felix and Benjamin, which we met each others before going up. After which, we played with Estee’s Birthday Dress for the night, HAHA! Its super funny when the size was wrong for both Ben and Felix to wear on.

Soon after, Lili and Des came back, with Yanhan. Then started to prepare that big big card of ours, I meant a poster apparently. Then as time passes, more guests came and the food eating started. Great accompany for the night. I even met Junda on that night as he also attended the party. We played with the big finale thingy, so funny, and practice our usual (face on the cake). Estee initially did not wanna oblige to it, but ended up doing it. Thanks for being cooperative. LOL! So the night was a great and easy one, and others went to sleep so early. Oh ya, we even played with Helium balloons. LOL! Super funny when the voice came out. HAHA! Everyone was tired, and slept early. While the others like me, Lili, Des, Estee and Charmaine was like eating and eating the leftover food plus a can of Heinekens.

Once again, HAPPY 21st ESTEE! Have a dynamic one! =)

It has been some time since I last blogged. Time really flies. Last blogged was like 20th October. Have to write down something to make my life remembered. Alright, after 20th October, actually was pretty busy and really quite affected during this period of time. Rather, I would say that when there are time for fun, there should be time to be serious too. All I can remembered, the days spent during October was a great one. Heading to school in the morning and ended up somewhere at night, then headed home like 12 am. Haha. Just looking for that experience.

On the 17 October 2009, we had a dinner and chilling time with Lili! It was supposed to be a special celebration for Lili’s Birthday. We had our dinner at New York New York. The food was super yummy! We played with the fluffy sugar candy…haha! Then Lili went so so so funny. After dinnering, went to chill @ the loof! HAHA! It was our first time there. With Lili, Felix, Estee, Jin Chuan, Des, Charmaine and Yan han. Managed to get home by the last train. Pretty drunk because we had pure vodka! Played games. And it was a pretty good evening. =D

During the weekends after which, went to have my hair cut cos of the freaking hot weather! GOT RID OF MY FRINGE!!! Missing it now. HAHAHA!

On 19 October 2009 Monday, we had this special Monday date with the GMS! Went to have dinner with them at Holland V @NYDC. Quite okay and on the way, with all the meaty and birdnest! KNS! Thats when the nonsense meaty meaty balls and hair like birdnest came. Was funny la, but my hair is so not birdnest! NOT LIKE THAT MEATY GILLIAN!!!! Haha! After which, we went to Coldrock to have ice cream! nice nice! We gonna go one day again!!! =D And we had a great chilling session at Starbucks. Which was really cosy and nice. And then, our topic was like so random, talking about overseas trip, and also about shallow topics la, like making my caller display pic la etc. Then went to Coldstorage to buy my cornflakes and milk! HAHA! AND THAT GILLIAN CAME TICKLING MY ARMPIT! So so so gao wei! It was so fun. Headed home by bus. Meanwhile, that Gabe carried Gillian and turn like mad. LOL! It was all laughter. =D

On the next day 20 October 2009, consecutively, we made our way to Woodlands for dinner. We had Pasta Mania. Actually we dint really plan to go, it was just a sudden plan. GBB came back from her driving, and was to meet up with Delphi before going home. But, because they met me up at Mega, which I do not have the mood to continue studying, we then called down Gillian and Gabe to go dinner. HAHA! Then after our dinner, we went to Courts! And we made a mess there. Its really insane of us by going there to discuss on what kind of mattress and bed to buy etc… Damn funny la. After which, we ended up at Starbucks to chill again! HAHA!

After which, our Gillian Doggy went overseas to Macau/HK. Before she left, we were at the benches slacking again. Actually after singing with Gabe’s Laptop, we actually wanna go Sing K! BUT!!! We decided not in the end. HAHA! However, one very bad news that day was because GBB dint manage to get over for her TP Test!!! Don worry, try again, you will be better during the next time. DONT DRIVE TOO RECKLESSLY! HAHA! In the evening, we (Grace, Gillian and me) went for dinner at McD@ CCK. Had McSpicy Double that day. Was a great Wednesday! Because we went flooding each others Facebook wall. HAHA! The “Macau/HK” thingy. LOL! FUNNY TO THE MAX. Whenever I am at McD, it will never fail to make me happy! =D And so, Gillian was not with us for the rest of the week cos she needs to restyle her sheepy hair. HAHA!

On the Friday, 23 October 2009, Grace, Mok and Me met up for breakkie @CWP McD once again. Then we came across this Monopoly thingy. And GBB got herself an instant win! McMuffin! So cool! And thanks for letting it to me. HAHAHA! I M A BIG EATER! Then, we decided to go for K-session @Patyworld (Civic Centre). My first K session with them. Was a great one actually. Then went mad taking photos. Was a rainy day, and we went for early dinner @ PizzaHut. HAHA! And we have so much nonsensical talks and making so my assumptions. Wanted to do something srsly mad, but ended up dint. HAHA!

During the weekends, went back to Jaybee spending time with family. It was great time with them especially when we came talking about plans etc. I went shopping with mum for the tiles for house renovation, looking for hoods and hob. LOL. HAHA! Some kinda missing them right now. Haha. Gonna see them tmr!

And on that Monday, 26 October 2009, our dearest Gillian came back from overseas! SO FUNNY because the first thing I saw her was giving her a scare by shouting “DOG!” outside the LT while waiting for GBB to come out. And plan succeeded. HAHA! And after which, GBB came out! and we started our week once again. Went to Megabites to have lunch. And so, the girls were so obsessed with the pinkish cover for ipod and iphone. HAHA! And that was the first time I met Alyssa, a friend of GBB. After which, went to the benches outside popular to do our studying. But eventually, we dint! Just flipping thru the study guides and plain talking. HAHA! During evening, we went for dinner as usual. Went to Jurong Point!!! Had Pizza hut again! We were so freaking funny when we are having our dinner. We were talking about dirty jokes again! LOL! After which, we went to chill at Starbucks. Sat there for an hour plus before leaving. So slacky of us. Then we went playing with Gillian’s shoe, making each others smelling that odour! HAHAHA! Was freaking laughing like mad! HAHAHAHA!

On 27 October 2009 Tuesday, which is straight after that, we met up in the early morning to have McD Breakkie at King Alberts’ Park. So near to school. Was so obsessed with the monopoly game again. HAHA! Oh my god, I missing hash browns now. HAHA! After which, we took a photo with Gabe’s Instax Camera. HAHA! So nicely taken. After that, it was raining cats and dogs. No choice but to cab to school. Headed to the library and the mugging began. In the end, we did not actually mug. Ended up playing at the Atrium. Making that greek goddess hair on Grace, and taking photos, talking about stuffs. KNS. Then we went for dinner at Megabites before heading home. That night, Gillian was super funny, asking me stupid things like:"Do u do ur own laundry?” “You room got attached bathroom?” “So where you place your stuffs” “How often u change ur bedsheet” etc etc while waiting for her parents to arrive. Grace and I was like laughing like mad as if Gillian is trying to do an interview. HAHA. After which, waited for the bus with Grace before heading back home.

On Wednesday 28 October 2009, we went K SESSION! Damnation. It was another super sudden plan. But we did managed to study in the library before getting ourselves @ Clementi Partyworld. Okay, lets not talk about this because its pretty mad in there. HAHA!

On Thursday, 29 October 2009, was down with flu. Cancel my dinner with YJR! SAD!!! =( However, have to go school for important meeting (ISN). Because last week also sick. Then managed to get a photo taken with Ploy and Mak Mak May. Can see how my eyes went… so wrong so wrong. HAHA!

Luckily on the next day, I was kinda recovered. 30 October 2009 Friday, we went to school for a full swing studying session. Managed to study well!!! HAHA! BUT GILLIAN WAS LIKE SLEEPING ALL THE WHILE. GRACE WAS LOOKING AT THE MIRROR…LOL. After which, Delphi, Gillian, and Grace went dinner with me @LJS Clementi. Was a pretty fast dinnering because it was raining so heavily. So we went home after which. =D

During the weekends, I went back to Jaybee once again! It was another great weekend with family. On Sunday especially, we went for a family shopping outing. Morning, we had breakkie at our favourite toast cafe. Then we went to shop for kitchen hoods and cooking hobs. HAHA! After which, we went to Persada Johor (an exhibition center) because of the HOME FAIR. So crowded!!! And it was a great time there as there are lots of renovation designs. Then we had lunch along the straits of Johor. Nice seafood and the Coconut drink was exceptionally good for the hot weather! HAHA! Then, went out with Mummy in the late afternoon to the temple. At night, we had a dinner before Daddy sent me to the bus stop. Really miss them loads when I said Bye bye to them! HAHA!

At last, can talk about this week! Which was the start of NOVEMBER! On Monday 02 Nov 2009, we spent all of our time at MEGABITES! MAD MAD MAD! Apparently, we spent time talking about nonsense again. HAHA. Ended up spending around 10 bucks in Megabites. Eating and drinking. LOL. After which, we decided to settle our dinner in town. So, we took bus down to far east plaza and had wanton mee!!! Its a nice place. Then we went to shop for perfumes as GBB needs to get a new one. AND got the Flora by Gucci!!! DAMN HELL NICE! I gonna get myself the big Gucci by Gucci for MEN! Super nice!!! Woohoo! Then walking around like mad kiddies. Headed to the Cathay and ended up watching “Jennifer’s Body”. I can tell you, its the worst movie ever watched! HAHAHAHA! I wonder why the quality of movies nowadays got bad to worst! SHIAT! hope that the coming SAW 6 will be good!!! I need to scare myself with those gross thingies. Managed to get home by the last train again!

The rest of the week. Tuesday was a good day because we did our studying! AND GILLIAN’s shoes actually tortured my nose! HAHAHA! U can see how hardworking Gabe was! =D

Wednesday, 04 November 2009. I had my Casting Call 2010 shoot. Was a great experience. However, still cannot get over about the outcome of the picture. Hopefully, it will not look as bad with that angle. HAHA! Crashed Gillian’s class. And never get serious. Ended up at McD for our dinner. What was so LOL was we were waiting for 4D results on the radio! HAHA!

And Thursday. I will update again because we got a special date with Mok. Pictures to be updated too.

Anyway. That was pretty a summary of what happening to me recently. October was a month fulfillingly lived. And now November started, its already the 7th. I seriously aware that I need to get serious and settled down. Its time to get myself really doing intensive revisions and focusing on what has to be serious. However, I did do what I am supposed to do. And I never ever neglect my work in any way while I was having fun too. I think I am balancing them well. However, when it comes to the expectations of others, its never easy to fulfill all. Just feel that, sometimes, its impossible to make everyone happy. I am just a normal person, trying my best in everything that I am supposed to do well. Please, I just hope that the feeling I get is that I fulfil what you wanted. However, donno if I am thinking too much or what, just felt different. Yes, kinda stress now. Still, have to practically face them all. Besides these, there are alot of other things that I need to attend to. I need to talk. But just do not know who to talk to eventually. I know, I will be on this battle on my own, fighting for my future. Many things are at stake, and how to make sure all stakes are still the stakes makes it a big challenge for me.

I will do my best. I live for myself. I will try to fulfil on what I can. Let me embrace November, making everything into an accomplishment for myself, and for everyone.

This week alone, is another hectic week, whereby time just poof, and now its already Saturday. Settled into the fourth week since school started, which is already a month. Recalling it, what have I done? This month was so busy because I have a number of friends birthday, which seriously got me into so much fun! Everyday in school is just another day of excitement. I would say, pure excitement. Till one moment, I have been thinking, why time passes so fast! And am I doing the right things. After flips and flops, I actually have no regret to what I am doing and what I have done. Its all worth it, and I am more on the time. More or less, we shall be starting to go into 50% of mugging mood next week. Talking about studying and mugging, it just sparkled my excitement! I am mad, but because of lack of sleep, I seriously have no energy to really study.

These few days, or probably these few weeks, I have been experiencing sleepless nights. I am just a pure lazy bum to sleep. Yeah, contradicting. Sometimes, I really need to force myself to lie on the bed. But when I slept, it will be till late morning. Haha! The next few weeks and so on, no much birthdays, and we are already settling down. Next week, we will be doing revisions! Yes we will! The resolutions to all these, will need much discipline and motivation. Well, life is all about discipline, motivation and perseverance isnt it?

Okay, I will have a summary from Wednesday to Friday, what I actually did:

Wednesday: It was a relatively good day for the week. Because we did not go anywhere. Just school, studied abit, lunch and home. Also, started to think about work. What kind of career will I be heading to. Oh no, deadline is next Thursday!!! And I was like overslept in the morning till Grace called me, my phone was vibrating behind my head! LOL! Supposingly to crash GBB IM class. And eventually I did la. Only late for less than an hour. :X Anyway, our pictures taken:

It was a funny day actually. Because we seems like doing something mad. Which I think we are really mad. It was a great day generally. =D

Thursday: WOW! This is a boom boom powed day for us. Because we got a planned dinner and movie day. Before that, I had a workshop in the morning and ISN Meeting in the afternoon in school. The workshop is simply just okay. Then went to class with Gs. LOL. We are like making so much noise there. For the meeting, it was a great one but because of some budgeting problem that is really giving us a headache. TSK TSK! And now not even being solved yet! KNS! Ploy is like going mad. HAHA! Alryte. GSM was like waiting for me in school, Mok did not join us because she preparing for exams! JIA YOU JIA MIN! GO GO! HAHA! And for the UOL bunchies, we are like going mad when we reached Orchard. HAHA! Running like mad kiddos. And then like, just something you cant imagine at all! Overall, we had great memories, which is the most important isnt it? We just lived once, do what we want to do, be who we want to be! (except for something illegal la!) We went to buy tickets at SHAW, “The Ugly Truth”. Then we had dinner at Xing Wang HK Cafe! Lovin it still. It was so funny because we went so dirty during the dinner. HAHA! And Gillian and Grace both were laughing till their jaw drops. GBB’s mascara (i donno if it is spelt like this), was like all over the eyes! HAHAHA! You know, its great to see friends around you, laughing and smiling! When they laugh, I will laugh, when they are happy, I will be happy! =D Anyway, we went to Topshop/Topman, as GBB went for the sales! And she went bonkers. Wanted to buy something, but thinking of it, I think I should not buy since I just bought some. But its just simply so cheap! But srsly, Topman’s style is not my kind of style. So square. I don wan to be Jojo. LOL! So, we rushed for our movie. This is when the running started. Ran all the way from Orchard ION to SHAW! HAHAHAHA! Just so funny when I recall about it. And Gillian was also mad! HAHAHAHAHAH! SUPER SUPER DAMN FUNNY!

And that movie is so funny! Especially tt spider part, the vibrator, the everything la! REALLY A GOOD SHOW, luckily we managed to watch it! HAHA! After the show, we went Topshop again because GBB have not finished shopping. She also got a piece at Isetan’s branch. LOL! Shes is a FF anyway. Okay. we went to our Fav chill spot again, Mc Cafe seats. Had ice creams and went there le. Sat there and rest. =D After that we were for the last few train again, haha!

Friday. Was a schooling day for me. Went for the school marketing video filming. HAHA! Although its not the main role, but we had fun!!! HAHA! So funny when we took the walking in the atrium. Total dua pai! Cos the whole atrium is for us only. LOL! So many people watching some more. HAHAHA! It was not a great day from the afternoon. Generally a bad day. Kinda stress. But the day ended with a great smile. It was from someone that I chatted with last night! Was so funny, a real joker and a great motivator! HAHA! And I really ended with the day well before I slept, as someone referred “Mao Tou Ying” as an eagle!!!! HAHAHAHA! I Really LOL! Thanks to that person huh…HAHA! =D
